Available Modules

CAESES Power Edition:

• Full functionality package of CAESES, including the basic CAESES Standard Edition package, as well as the add-ons Turbo, Maritime, and Advanced Optimization.
• The Standard Edition is the main product package, which contains the all general purpose parametric modeling capabilities, morphing of imported geometries, coupling to simulation tools, as well as basic strategies for automated design studies and optimization.
• The add-on Turbo provides dedicated parametric modeling functionality for turbomachinery components, like blade geometries. It supports the user with purpose-built modeling workflows and analysis functions to extract parameter values from imported geometries.
• The add-on Propeller is fully focused on (marine and aero) propellers geometries. It provides several modeling workflows for different types, including complex and unconventional geometries, as well as procedures to handle airfoil data.
• The add-on Maritime is dedicated to naval architects and marine CFD experts, who want to design and optimize ship and boat hulls. Convenient modeling workflows and data containers specifically for hull geometries are provided, as well as advanced shift transformations for ship hulls, and hydrostatic calculations.
• The add-on Advanced Optimization is an extension to the Standard Edition, which adds advanced optimization capabilities to CAESES, such as multi-objective optimization algorithms, advanced sampling, surrogate assisted optimization methods, and parametric adjoint sensitivities.
