Constantin Gall is the regional managing partner of EY strategy and transactions for Europe West and the mobility industry practice leader in this region.

Throughout his career, Gall worked for financial sponsors with different investment sweet spots as well as strategic investors from various backgrounds. He has a strong footprint as a transaction advisor. In this context he also conducted numerous merger and acquisition (M&A) projects and has a strong track record with SPA negotiations.

Jada Smith is the senior vice president of product strategy and delivery for Karma Automotive. In this role, Smith is responsible for defining Karma’s advanced feature roadmaps, developing software-focused technology solutions, and delivering Karma’s vehicle platforms to the market. She is an engineering, program management, and strategy executive with nearly 25 years of experience in the industry.

Formerly with Aptiv, Smith has differentiated herself as a skillful problem solver and effective change leader through a variety of executive leadership positions, including leading Aptiv’s global software organization and the Ford business unit for Aptiv’s Advanced Safety and User Experience segment.

Laura Chace was named president and CEO of ITS America in August 2021; she had previously served as the association’s chief operating officer. Her focus is to promote policies that advance the development and safe deployment of intelligent transportation technologies throughout the U.S. Chace has extensive experience in strategic planning, operations, communications, and advocacy, and a proven track record of implementing complex initiatives with strong engagement and collaboration among stakeholders.

She is passionate and speaks often about the need to include more female and diverse voices in the transportation workforce to create better outcomes for all who use the transportation system. Chace is a founding member of the MobilityXX initiative, which is focused on increasing the number of women in transportation by 10% in 10 years.

Early in her career, she served in the Clinton Administration at the U.S. Department of Justice Office and in the White House. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.

Pedro Garcia, global head of supply chain management, joined Nikola Corporation in March 2021 and has since held several leadership roles crucial for the product development and commercial strategy of the Nikola Tre BEV and FCEV platform. This includes senior director of FCEV, head of propulsion engineering, and global head of product development.

Prior to Nikola, Garcia worked for Meritor Inc., where he was responsible for the strategy and development of global electrification product lines for commercial vehicles Classes 5-8. During his 13 years at Meritor, Garcia served various global leadership roles in product development, product strategy, and business development for truck and bus drivetrains and electric powertrains. Garcia holds an Executive MBA from Michigan State University, a master’s degree in manufacturing systems from Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Universidad del Norte in Colombia.

Sherwood Hochen is the chief strategy officer at XING Mobility, responsible for planning and leading the company's fundraising, strategic development, branding, public relations, and marketing initiatives.

Hochen joined XING Mobility in 2019 as the director of business development. Chris Wlezien is a senior director of design engineering with more than 15 years of experience in driving innovative ideas from concepts to reality. He is currently part of McKinsey & Company’s design practice in Chicago. He has served over 100 clients in various industries including consumer product, exercise equipment, automotive, consumer packaged goods, medical and industrial sectors, delivering physical product design, engineering, cost optimization and manufacturing expertise.

Wlezien holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He has been awarded 25+ patents and was also a finalist in the XPRIZE, a global engineering design competition.

Anne Pauley is a technical program manager at Google working with engineering and operations teams to optimize product assemblies during the design process. Outside Google, Pauley leads the San Francisco chapter of Women in 3D Printing, is a technology resident at Autodesk Pier 9, and is a faculty member at The Crucible teaching 3D printing. She also has a 3D printing studio in Oakland that supports art and material development projects.

Leslie Shannon is the head of trend and innovation scouting for Nokia. A Silicon Valley-based futurist, she focuses on identifying connectivity-related tech disruptions and opportunities, including developments in robotics, drones, visual analytics, cloud gaming, generative AI, and augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR).

Prior to joining Wipro, Chacko was a managing director at FTI Consulting focusing on health solutions across the healthcare continuum. Previously, she was the regional general manager of global markets at Quest Diagnostics and prior to that she served as a senior executive at Edwards Lifesciences leading several global functions including compliance and legal operations, business excellence, and clinical affairs.

Chacko has a passion for bringing innovative therapies and diagnostics to underserved patient populations. She is a champion for health equity and an executive member of the World Economic Forum-Edison Alliance.

Tim Marquis is the senior product manager for precision agriculture analytics at John Deere. A seasoned technologist, he focuses on using AI and machine learning to create products in the John Deere Operations Center that drive profitable, sustainable outcomes for farmers.

His background is in meteorology, but he shifted his focus to agtech 10 years ago by launching products that integrate weather data into farm management platforms. Marquis holds a master’s degree in meteorology from Iowa State University and a bachelor’s degree in meteorology from the University of Oklahoma.

Katherine Sizov is the CEO and co-founder of Strella Biotech. Sizov received a degree in molecular biology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019. When she read that 40% of food is wasted before it’s consumed, she set out to learn more about the food chain and eventually formed Strella. To date, Strella has monitored over 2 billion apples and pears and has prevented 20 million pounds of food from going to waste.

Jonathan Blutinger is a food engineer with a passion and dedication to revolutionizing the culinary landscape through novel digital cooking platforms and innovative food production techniques. During his academic journey, Blutinger led a team at Columbia University’s Creative Machines Lab to develop a fully integrated digital cooking platform that can 3D print and laser cook software-generated food recipes. After completing his doctorate at Columbia University, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow on a project funded by Redefine Meat, developing robotic frameworks to scan real and fake meat textures for more precise plant-based meat replication.

Blutinger is currently working with the U.S. Army DEVCOM Soldier Center in their Combat Feeding Division. His team is tasked with optimizing untethered food logistics to healthily feed soldiers in the field.

Amogha Srirangarajan is the CEO and founder of Carbon Origins. Born and raised in India, Amogha Srirangarajan moved to the U.S. in 2011 to pursue his dreams of building robots and launching rockets. Drawn by its strong engineering programs and entrepreneurial culture, he attended Case Western Reserve University, where he triple majored in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, and computer science. Srirangarajan founded and led the university's robotics and rocket teams.

Today, when not busy running his robotics company, Carbon Origins, Srirangarajan can be found on long nature walks or in deep conversations with friends about how to advance humanity to a spacefaring civilization.

Evan Davies is the CEO and founder of Notus Labs. He began Notus Labs with Tim Walker in 2019 after becoming frustrated with the capabilities of current wearable technology as a researcher at Case Western Reserve University. The Notus One, Notus Labs’ flagship device, monitors athletes’ heart rate, core temperature, and physical load. The Notus One is the only device that combines health and athletic performance monitoring with lab-quality accuracy, AI integration, and the ability to monitor a team of users at once.

Before his time at Case Western, Davies worked on the Quantum Sensing Team at Oak Ridge National Lab. He was awarded the Greater Cleveland Partnership’s Rising Tech Star award for best tech CEO in Cleveland under 30. He is 24 years old and enjoys playing chess and the banjo in his spare time.
