Jada Smith is the senior vice president of product strategy and delivery for Karma Automotive. In this role, Smith is responsible for defining Karma’s advanced feature roadmaps, developing software-focused technology solutions, and delivering Karma’s vehicle platforms to the market. She is an engineering, program management, and strategy executive with nearly 25 years of experience in the industry.
Formerly with Aptiv, Smith has differentiated herself as a skillful problem solver and effective change leader through a variety of executive leadership positions, including leading Aptiv’s global software organization and the Ford business unit for Aptiv’s Advanced Safety and User Experience segment.
When she’s not leading elite teams in solving automotive’s toughest problems, Smith is passionate about mentoring and developing rising talent. She enjoys sponsoring technical women’s groups, sharing her story, and helping others break barriers and rise to new heights.
