Centralizing Core Banking Data - Logix Credit Union Uses Altair Monarch to Extract and Cleanse Vital Data

Logix uses Jack Henry’s Symitar Episys platform as their core banking system. The institution processes debit card and ATM transactions with Velera (formerly Co-Op Solutions), manages its accounting with Multiview ERP, manages cash delivered and dispensed at ATMs with Sectran Security software, and oversees services mortgages through Dovenmuehle. Altair experts worked with the Logix team to build three daily balancing journal entry models in Monarch to extract, cleanse, and join data from their systems. This reduced the time required to complete these daily tasks by 83% and eliminated the possibility and frequency of errors caused by manual methods.
