Classification of Animal Types using Decision Tree Algorithm in Altair AI Studio

Dr. Bharti Sharma, Senior Instructor and Dean's Distinguished Teaching Fellow at FAU College of Business presents at Altair's Data Science Day 2024.

This presentation will demonstrate all the steps of performing supervised machine learning that is cleanup, missing data handling using replace missing operator, cross-validation partitioning, use of decision tree algorithm, creation of at least 3 models, best model selection and finally deployment of the best model parameters on the new data or data whose target class needs to be predicted.

The presentation will be very helpful for teachers to understand and use it accordingly as assignments for their students.
