The vision for the future of the manufacturing industry evolves around digital twins. In this presentation, a virtual representation of a physical plant will be used for real-time control and optimization. Real-time optimization of the manufacturing process is based on a live IoT data machine from sensors.
How well this digital twin will be able to perform this optimization real-time is one of the challenges we'll address in this presentation.
