RADAR (Radio Detection and Ranging) systems find their use across various sectors including military, aircraft and maritime navigation, space exploration, security surveillance, and more. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in its application within the automotive industry. In this paper, Altair WinProp simulations are used to emulate FMCW radar for ADAS applications in automotive industry. Complete workflow process for simulation of hybrid indoor and urban scenarios, integrating realistic details and dynamic elements crucial for accurate RADAR system analysis and evaluation are demonstrated.
