Optimizing Material Handling and Storage Solutions with Altair Software

This presentation showcases how Résolu. Consultants Inc., a Montréal-based engineering firm, used Altair software to solve key challenges in material handling and storage. With EDEM, Résolu addressed a conveyor belt capacity and tracking issue at the discharge chute of an apron feeder. Additionally, Altair’s SimSolid software helped optimize bolted connections in a modular pump box, enhancing its design and structural integrity.
