Altair SimSolid is structural analysis software designed specifically for rapidly changing design iterations. It eliminates geometry preparation and meshing, the two most time-consuming, and complex tasks performed in a conventional FEA. SimSolid enables the analysis of complex non-simplified CAD assemblies in seconds to minutes without meshing. In this module we will introduce the user interface and define a modal analysis in SimSolid.
