The term Digital Twin has become omnipresent. Despite this, we hear from many companies that a strategy towards their specific Digital Twin is missing. Often, this is due to a lack of a clear value proposition. We will share insights into how to start a Digital Twin project and what building blocks to combine for adding value.
With the goal to optimize a system's performance and quickly identify and evaluate possible anomalies, in Part 1 we will use real customer stories to illustrate how during operations real-world data can be: Augmented through the adoption of physics-driven and data-driven twins and made available in a real-time dashboard for easy access and effective analysis.
In Part 2 we will present a novel approach - Altair® romAI - which combines AI and dynamic system theory to generate reusable real-time compliant dynamic and static models. We will emphasize its application in design and operation.
