Implementing a Curriculum with Altair Tools to Help Converge Simulation, Data, and HPC

The Altair and ESILV Chair of HPC and AI convergence provides students with a unique opportunity to enhance their skills in simulation, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing. Throughout the 18-month training program, students engage in various case studies aimed at practical application.

One notable project centered on Digital Twin was undertaken in collaboration with EIKOSIM partners. In this project, students embarked on a comprehensive journey: starting from conceptualizing and topologically optimizing a part, then transitioning to its realization through additive manufacturing processes. Finally, they delved into controlling its deformation using innovative image-based technology, in collaboration with the EIKOSIM team.

Presented by Prof. Achraf Kallel, ESILV Teacher Researcher, as part of Altair's Future.Industry 2024 conference.
