Model-Based Systems Integration: EDEM, MotionSolve, and Activate

Altair Activate® is an open and flexible integration platform and multidisciplinary modeling environment for comprehensive system-of-systems simulation.

Take advantage of Altair Activate to integrate your Altair EDEM material models with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and controller subsystems for a holistic, system-of-systems simulation.  Your models can include subsystems from other CAE tools either from Altair (such as Altair MotionSolve®) or from third parties using the Functional Mockup Interface (FMI) open standard. 

Altair MotionSolve® is a comprehensive multibody simulation software that helps you easily build and execute complex system models to evaluate the dynamic response of products and optimize their performance.  The same system-of-systems simulations can be performed from directly within our multibody simulation environment, co-simulating multiphysics subsystems with EDEM bulk material.

A true, multi-disciplinary systems simulation will greatly increase the fidelity of your systems analysis while enabling streamlined product development teamwork and workflows.
