ELISE Low-Code Engineering Platform Joins the Altair Partner Alliance
Altair is happy to welcome ELISE GmbH to the Altair Partner Alliance (APA). Founded in 2018 and based in Bremen, Germany, ELISE specializes in low-code engineering platform development. ELISE’s software has been used by organizations worldwide, including Volkswagen, BMW, and Hyundai, and has applications in the automotive, aerospace, and medical technology sectors.
Now available to Altair customers via the APA, ELISE’s low-code engineering platform lets Altair® OptiStruct® and Altair® HyperWorks® users automate their models through a rule-based approach, making the process more efficient and robust, ultimately saving time and money. With ELISE, users benefit from a visual programming language, which means they don’t need any special IT expertise to get the most out of their work. ELISE also lets users store, share, and reuse models and projects, which speeds up development time and streamlines workflows across the board.
“As a member of the APA, we are excited for Altair users to now have seamless access to the power of ELISE’s easy-to-use, streamlined technology,” said Dr. Moritz Maier, co-founder and co-CEO, ELISE GmbH.
ELISE’s solutions save users time, reduce costs, and streamline workflows so projects and research are performing at the best level possible. In addition, ELISE is accessible and user-friendly, doesn’t require technical expertise to master, gives users real-time CAD feedback, and lets them explore multiple design variants within set parameters. And because ELISE can automate models so users can recycle and reuse them later, it can cut down the time it previously took to set up said models by up to 90%. But most importantly, ELISE centralizes data and expertise so users can share and utilize data organization-wide.
In addition, ELISE:
- Adds Parasolid™ CAD functionalities to Altair® HyperMesh® and OptiStruct, allowing users to set up finite element (FE) models based on geometry constraints and interact seamlessly between computer-aided design (CAD) and finite element analysis (FEA)
- Brings low-code functionalities to the Altair ecosystem by empowering users to easily model complex engineering tasks (CAD, FE, math, simulation, optimization) without programming anything
- Enables full automated reconstruction capabilities of topology optimization results into high quality Nurbs geometries
- Lets users easily store and share HyperWorks expert knowhow inside the organization, or reuse it in different projects
